Safe Operating Procedure for Holidays, Short Breaks and Day Trips
To restart our holiday programme we have put the following guidelines in place for the safety of our passengers and staff, so you are able to fully enjoy your trips with us.
We are committed to reducing the spread of any disease and maintain the health of our staff and passengers. We ask everyone travelling to follow this guide to help maintain the hygiene levels to reduce the spread of any disease.
Our cleaning procedure includes cleaning of all floors, seats, glass surfaces with special attention to handrails, seat belt buckles, armrests.
A. Please maintain a 1 metre social distancing while waiting to board the coach.
B. Your temperature will be checked before boarding. The normal range is between 36.1C (97F) to 37.2C (99F). Passengers with a high temperature will be requested not to travel.
C. Please wear a face covering when travelling.
D. Our driver will wear protective gloves and anti-bacterial gel will be used to sanitise your hands prior to boarding.
Your seat number may change because passengers will be seated on alternate seats on each row wherever possible. Please also note that the toilet on board the coach will not be available. However no journey will be longer than 2 hours without a comfort stop.
Passengers who live together in the same household, may sit together on a double seat, the seat opposite, next to the aisle will not be used. The front double seat immediately behind the driver is also not available for use.
The driver will drive with the roof vents open so a plentiful supply of fresh air helps to prevent the spread of germs.
Whenever we stop the driver will disembark first, then the passengers can disembark, starting from the front please continue to observe social distancing while waiting to disembark. During the stop the driver will clean all touch points on the coach. When reboarding the coach please board from the back seats first.
