1. Can I choose my seat?

Yes! You can choose your seat online or when you telephone us to book, but if you have a particular preference don't delay in booking because the seats get booked up quickly!

2. Is it safe to pay on line ?

This web site is fully secure using an SSL from Securitymetrics (recommended by HSBC). Payments are processed throgh SAGEPAY which means your data is secure.

3. I have a disability scooter, can I go?

Yes, but advise us when you book. Our touring coaches can carry light, collapsible scooters provided they can be lifted by the driver.

4. Who are Warner Holidays?

Warner run a chain of high quality holiday hotels accross the UK, they often own castles or stately homes and provide breaks exlusively for adults with a range of daytime activities and evening entertainment included. Tally Ho! have a special relationship with Warner.

5. Do I need travel insurance?

We recommend you are adequately insured for your holidays. Tally Ho! Coaches is an appointed Representative of Travel & General Insurance Services Limited and both companies are fully authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We are able to provide you with a quote for single coach holiday or an annual coach travel policy if required.

6. If I book on line how will I know I have a ticket?

You will receive an email confirmation, which is your travel ticket

7. Is it safe to pay for a holiday on line?

You can now book and pay for your holiday online, as well as by telephone or by calling to our Kingsbridge office. HSBC is our secure payment provider. You will know it's secure as the payment page will show https:// (instead of the usual http://) ,the browser bar will be green and a small padlock will appear. It is very easy to use and you can call us at any time if you are unsure.

8. Where will I meet the coach?

The coach departs from our depot in Kingsbridge and there may be a couple of quick stops en route to our destination. We know that you'll want to be on your way as quickly as possible so we avoid lengthy pick up runs. If you're a bit out of the way of the main route we'll collect you in one of our executive minibuses and take you to meet the coach. Home pick up's are available at an extra cost - please ask if you would like details.

9. How do I know the departure time?

The itinerary for the trips will have approximate times but we will advise you of actual times on booking. It all works like clockwork and you'll be on your way in no time.

10. When do I pay for my holiday?

We take a £50 non refundable deposit per person at the time of booking and the balance will be due approximately 8 weeks ahead of the holiday departure date. The exact date of the final balance due is indicated on your travel invoice.

11. Travelling solo?

We welcome solo travellers on our trips. We work hard to secure single rooms at the best possible rates and to keep any single supplements to a minimum. All of our holidays are escorted by one of our tour managers so you can join in as much as you like.

12. Booking is easy

There are several ways to make a booking:
1. Call in to our office at Station Yard, Kingsbridge and see us.

3. Home bookings, call us and we will come to see you at home!
(unfortunately, not available for day trip bookings)
4. On line bookings, you can reserve your place and pay online
with our secure online booking!
5. Fill in the booking form in our brochure and post it to us.
6. Leave a message with any member of the Tally Ho! staff and we will call you at a convenient time.
