Sunday 29th March
We make our way to Lyme Regis, enjoy a few hours here, and maybe have some lunch in one of the many cafes. Departing Lyme Regis we continue on to Sidmouth, arriving at our hotel with time to settle in before dinner is served.
DMonday 30th March
After breakfast we depart the hotel & visit Sheppys Cider farm, nestled between Taunton & Wellington in the heart of Somerset. This family run farm has been crafting premium cider for over 200 years. Here we have a guided tour & tasting. We get a behind the scenes peek at one of the oldest cider makers in the world.

After a leisurely breakfast you have a free day to enjoy the regency town of Sidmouth.
Stroll along the promenade or soak up the timeless charm of the town. Or maybe just relax in the comfortable lounges at the hotel and enjoy the views.
Wednesday 1st April
Today we travel to Bridport for their weekly market and in the afternoon a visit to Athelhampton House & Gardens. Explore the historic house extended during the reign of Queen Elizabeth I, with more than 20 historic rooms and wander the 5 acres of award-winning gardens, including four walled formal gardens, each with pools and fountains.
D, FEThursday 2nd April
Enjoy a final cooked breakfast at the hotel before we depart. On route home we stop in Exmouth and enjoy a cruise on the River Exe. Departing from Exmouth Marina, we travel on tranquil waters past Powderham Castle, Lympstone, Starcross and Turf Lock, before pausing at Topsham Quay. Afterwards we make our way home.
