Monday 19th Oct
We leave Devon and head to the Dunoon Hotel, set in the heart of Llandudno Wales, with stops on route. Arriving with time to settle in and unpack, before enjoying dinner in the hotel restaurant.
Tuesday 20th Oct
Today we climb aboard the Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railway for a single journey from Caernarfon to Porthmadog, this enchanting journey starts at the modern station in Caernarfon and whisks you through the stunning scenery of Snowdonia National Park. Once on-board, sit back and enjoy the dramatic scenery. There is also free time in the town of Caernarfon, overlooking the Menai Strait and Isle of Anglesey, this grand medieval town is packed with history and culture.

Today, after a leisurely breakfast we enjoy a unique return journey on the Great Orme Tramway. Britain's only funicular, cable-hauled, tramway that travels on public roads. The journey begins at Victoria Station, a short distance from Llandudno's seaside and pier. We climb aboard one of our beautifully restored tramcars and start our ascent through the winding roads of the Great Orme. From the Summit the views are breath-taking. On a clear day, it's possible to see as far as the Isle of Man, Blackpool and the Lake District! After our visit we have free time in Llandudno to explore.
D, FEThursday 22nd Oct
After a leisurely breakfast our first stop of the day is Betws-y-Coed, browse the independent shops retailing in crafts, clothing, gifts, and local homemade produce. The village also boasts an award-winning range of cafés, bistros & restaurants. In the afternoon we visit Bodnant Gardens. Explore these world-famous historic gardens and arboretum with rare Champion Trees. With 80 acres of formal gardens, woodland and panoramic mountain views to stir your senses. Maybe find a walk that's suitable for you and admire the beauty of these colourful gardens.

Today we head home to South Devon with comfort stops on route.
