We leave Devon in the morning and travel to our hotel near Ironbridge with comfort stops on route.
DMonday 12 September
After a leisurely breakfast we make our way to the beautiful spa town of Great Malvern for a visit to the Morgan Motor Company who have been making exciting sports cars for over 100 years. These cars are world famous for their unique blend of charisma, quality of craftsmanship and performance and our tour you will experience traditional car manufacturing combined with exciting cutting edge technology. After the tour there will be free time in Great Malvern to explore this pretty town before we make our way back to Telford for dinner.

After a full English breakfast we make our way to Ironbridge, birthplace of the Industrial Revolution. Visiting the museum of Coalbrookdale, and discover how iron changed the world forever. See the products produced and the machines that made them, whilst also being able to watch and talk to the Museums craftsmen and costumed demonstrators. We also visit Blists Hill Victoria Town, the Museum of Iron & of course there will be time to walk across the first ever cast-iron bridge, built in 1779 across the River Severn. Marvel at its true strength and delicate beauty. The Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust was established in 1967 to preserve and interpret the remains of the Industrial Revolution in the six square miles of the Ironbridge Gorge.

After breakfast you have the day to enjoy the delights of the pretty medieval town of Ludlow and the weekly street market which is held on Castle Street. Ludlow has a reputation for the quality of its food and drink with many cafes and restaurants.
