Leaving Devon we make our way to our hotel stopping in Padstow on route. This Charming working fishing port is surrounded by glorious sandy beaches at the head of the Camel River. Very much a foodie destination with popular eateries such as Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant and many more. We then continue our journey into Cornwall arriving at your hotel with time to relax before dinner.

Today after breakfast we travel to Saint Erth and board a train for a scenic ride to St Ives. Spend some free time here in this lovely seaside town.

After a full English Breakfast we return to Devon stopping off the Lost Gardens of Heligan, located near Mevagissey in Cornwall, Heligan's 200 acres are a paradise for the explorer, wildlife, plant lover and garden romantic. The Jungle experience, intimate pathways edged with sub-tropical plantings have been created through the valley and its watercourses, and a rope bridge now extends across it all; offering a whole new perspective. This exuberant garden hosts a riot of luxuriant foliage, bamboo tunnels, and gigantic rhubarb and bananas. Heligan is so much more than a garden restored; its own special atmosphere encourages contemplation and inspiration, satisfying the broadest range of horticultural and wildlife interests
