Thursday 7th May
Leaving Devon we first pay a visit to Sudeley Castle. Discover 1,000 years of English royalty, romance, ruin, and revival. Follow in the footsteps of Kings, Queens, the good, the great, and the controversial. Set against the majestic castle backdrop, and surrounded by long rolling views over the Cotswold Hills, ten beautiful gardens wrap around the castle. Sudeley is the only private castle in England to have a queen buried within its grounds - Katherine Parr, the last of Henry VIII's six wives.
After our visit to these beautiful gardens we continue on to our hotel near Cheltenham.
